JOYTIVE LLC
These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and consistent experience for all clients.
By booking a lesson or purchasing a package with JOYTIVE LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Lesson packages are valid for a limited time beginning on the date of the first session.
• 5-lesson packages are valid for 60 days
• 10-lesson packages are valid for 90 days
Unused sessions expire after the applicable period.
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At JOYTIVE LLC, we strive to be as flexible as possible and understand that schedules may change. When flexibility is not possible, the following policy applies:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a completed session, except in cases of emergency
• No-show appointments are considered a completed session
To help secure preferred days and times, clients are strongly encouraged to schedule all sessions in advance.
Lessons are conducted at the client’s home pool.
• Session time begins once the swimmer is ready to enter the water
• If a session begins late due to circumstances outside of our control, the originally scheduled end time will remain unchanged
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the pool and ensuring the lesson environment is suitable for instruction.
For children, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present for at least the initial sessions.
This helps create a comfortable learning environment and supports safety, communication, and trust.
Proper swim attire is required for all lessons.
Clients must inform JOYTIVE LLC in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect participation.
Sessions may be modified or paused at our discretion if safety becomes a concern.
Swimming and water-based activities involve inherent risks. By participating in swim lessons with JOYTIVE LLC, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Clients confirm that the swimmer is in good health and physically capable of participating in swim instruction and agree to disclose any relevant medical information prior to the session.
For in-home lessons, clients acknowledge responsibility for maintaining a safe pool environment, including water quality, pool conditions, and supervision outside of scheduled instruction time.
JOYTIVE LLC is not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, unsafe pool conditions, or failure to follow instructor guidance.
JOYTIVE LLC reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel services at our discretion.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving safety concerns, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or conditions that make instruction unsafe.
In the event of unsafe weather or pool conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Swim Lesson Policies & Client Agreement.
