Terms of Service
By scheduling or participating in lessons with JOYTIVE Swim School, clients agree to the following terms:
1. Lesson Scheduling
- Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.
- Travel time and location logistics are considered when confirming sessions.
2. Recurring Lessons & Package Scheduling
- Clients are responsible for scheduling recurring lessons in advance.
- Lesson slots are not guaranteed unless booked and confirmed.
- To secure your preferred schedule, you must book all 5 or 10 lessons at the time of purchase, depending on the package.
We strive to remain flexible, but booking all sessions upfront helps ensure you stay on the schedule.
Important:
- All lesson packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Unused lessons beyond this period will be forfeited.
- Early scheduling is strongly recommended to avoid loss of sessions and to maintain consistency.
3. Private & Group Lessons at the Same Location
For shared lessons at the same address, the following structure applies:
- 30-minute lesson: 1 child
- 45-minute lesson: up to 2 children
- 60-minute lesson: up to 2–3 children
- 90-minute lesson: up to 2–4 children
Note: Pricing may vary depending on the number of participants.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness and consistency:
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the sole discretion of JOYTIVE Swim School.
5. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
JOYTIVE Swim School reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at any time due to:
- Safety concerns or unsuitable environments
- Inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior
Any other reason deemed necessary by the instructor or management.
